Therapy with me begins by establishing a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in safety and trust. I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable to be your true self, free from judgment. Everyone deserves to be seen, heard, valued, and understood. Facing life’s challenges can be overwhelming and no one should have to do it alone. My hope is to create a seat on the couch that allows you to show up as your most authentic self.

I am passionate about working with individuals, adults, and teens who are navigating life transitions, experiencing grief, facing relational challenges, struggling with identity issues, dealing with low-self worth, and battling anxiety and depression. My approach to therapy is direct and empowering, aimed at helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and helping you work through life’s challenges. As your therapist, I am committed to supporting you on your path to healing and personal growth.
